Yes, strictly speaking I shouldn't be doing it but I was going insane indoors as well as getting a bit anxious and paranoid at the slightest hint of a symptom. So I need a mental health boost. And it works.Think they have said they don't want people going to places where you might need rescue if you get into a bit of trouble so I guess it depends on how risky the conditions are.
People are 100% pushing the limits on the exercise I've seen posting that they've been out on 50km bike rides and sh*t like that which feels a bit mad.
Raining in Manchester? Surely not!Rain in Manchester spoilt my 7:30 walk plans this morning.
How lucky have we been with the weather during lockdown though. It’s been beautiful for the most part. Was talking to a friend yesterday and imagine how much more difficult it would have been if this was November, freezing cold and dark by 4.
Well, I lost my motivation for a couple of weeks but managed to maintain at 17-7lb until I got back in the swing. So I have shed another 7lb in the last ten days by a combination of a regular 9 mile hike in the Chiltern hills, some dumbell work and a daily approx 1500 calorie diet.Well, it feels like it has taken a long time, but today I hit the milestone of 17-7lbs, that's 1 stone shed in lockdown.
I can now tell that it will need another stone shedding to get to where I want to get to so need to keep it up.
Hope some of you are also managing to reach your lock down aspirations.
Well done! You are my hero. You must have missed that? I SAID.......... 1.5 STONE
14 stone? you must be 5ft 2
I missed some replies here as I wasn't looking in so much due to that fanny that was posting on here.I've basically managed to maintain weight went into lockdown just over 14 stone still at just over 14 stone which I'm pretty happy about.
Top work @Shoot keep it up and they won't recognise you when you're back at work... better check to make sure the work kit still fits
It is something you get used to, not easy at first.Well done Shoot. I was actually wondering this morning if 1500 cals fills you up?
I am 6ft 1" and cannot imagine myself under 16.5 stone5ft 11 but I claim I'm 6ft
Think according to the BMI scale I should be about 13st for my height to be considered healthy.
