Yeah it’s slow but it’s right in the corner through a defenders legs, it’s an excellent finish in my opinion.

Lindelof fell for a dummy and didn’t get tight enough to block the shot.

I'd be tempted to take hojlund off for Mainoo and put mctom up front.

We're too weak in the middle

Hojlund is the man leading the press causing panic in that defence which is where our chances are coming from.

Taking him off would be ridiculous.

Absolutely no reason to change it same again second half but improve the finishing.

Shearer, Evra, McCoist and Hasselbaink all agree Onana had no chance quality play by Palmer.

Not sure to be honest, I think Amrabat is doing a decent job and McT is a threat in the box. If anything I would maybe push Bruno to the right and bring Mainoo on for Antony. Not ideal to have Bruno out on the right but I think McT will get chances in the second half with his runs into the box.

My expectations are very reasonable. His positioning is poor. His footwork is poor and he gets down slow as we know.

That goes in against very few Prem keepers. I guarantee Ben Foster will analyse it and say the same.

I don’t disagree with your comments about his technique it needs improving and it will help his game as he is slow to get down.

However, the 4 ex pros on comms/panel all said the keeper has no chance.

Sometimes you just have to say that’s a good finish he has put it in the one place the keeper can’t get it.
 
Maybe we should transition him in to a forward and hoof it long
