Fulham transfers: Larnell Cole, Manchester United starlet, is a target - Mirror Online

Fulham are looking into a deal for Manchester United’s Larnell Cole and could make a bid next week, writes Dean Jones in the Sunday People.

The attacking midfielder has been making a name for himself in United’s under-21 set-up.

And Fulham head coach Rene Meulensteen has identified him as a player who can add creativity to his squad.

Meulensteen got to know the youngster during his time as part of the backroom staff at the Old Trafford giants.

Cole, 20, came through the academy system, but has little chance of breaking into the first team while David Moyes attempts to turn his fortunes around at the club.

Fulham are now believed to be putting together an offer to sign Cole on a permanent deal, but realise he may take some persuading to move to London on a long-term contract.

From what I hear, they wont sell him, as they are looking to promote him to the first team squad by the end of the season

Both disappointing for me, Larnell Cole in particular though, didn't even loan him out before this. Really disappointing what has happened to that FAYC winning side. Not many left here now.

Can't blame Larnell for leaving mind, he wants to play first team football.
