Premier League 2023/24: Man United vs Aston Villa - Tues 26th Dec - 20:00 KO

Shows what you can achieve with working hard the effort level went up several notches second half

Garno Bruno and Dalot all played well.

Loads of kids on at the end but got it done.

Villa nicked 2 on set pieces but we were the better side throughout.

Just had to get the timing right to beat that offside trap.

Whatever he changed at HT he needs to do that from the start.

Bit worried about trying the defend the lead and adding an extra CB.

Fair play that was a hell of a comeback. This United team have shown before they are not mentally strong but today they really did not accept that reputation. They fought and they battled and they didn’t let their heads drop.

Reluctant to accept it after that 2nd-half turnaround, but accept it I must, the players aren't listening to the Manager and are quite happy throwing him under the bus ....

And fecking embarrassing from the Stretford End singing "Glazers gotta die" 30 seconds into the match, so much for all in it together .....

They get behind the team, they respond, it's fecking simple. Leave that shit till full-time.

Onana - 7(massive save after we got back into the game, and only an idiot would say he should have done better for the direct free-kick)

AWB - 8
Varane - 6
Evans - 8
Dalot - 7

Eriksen - 8
Mainoo - 7

Garnacho - 9
Hojlund - 8
Rashford - 6

We've been singing Glazers gonna die for years, nothing new. The fans buy their tickets and are allowed to sing what they want, within acceptable social norms of course. The fact is they still retain the controlling majority of our club, and we should not rest until they go.

Well aware of that, and no doubt those idiots that sing it loudest are the first online to say we are shit, is it any surprise .....

It's hard enough being a United player at the best of time without that nonsense(and it is nonsense), how do you/they expect the players to perform at their best when within seconds of the match starting you've got fecking bellends singing about chopping the Glazers up, seriously, it's fecking moronic, get behind the lads ffs and save that nonsense till full-time, simples,

We've got a song-book that puts the rest of the clubs in the League combined to shame, and it's no coincidence that the team improved when "5 Cantona's" was sung, surely the penny must drop eventually ....

Hate the Glazers all you want, but get behind the lads from the off and you might be surprised at the teams response.

I'm astounded about that 45 mins, they haven't shown anything this season to indicate they had that in them
Questions need to be asked why but not now.

Now I need to say well done Bruno, more of the same
Rashford seemed to have his mojo back. Garnacho on the right looked superb. Evans was brilliant, Varane with a key intervention. Mainoo. I could name them all

But Eriksen gets that ball moving quicker.

More of this 45 please. Really chuffed for Hojlund to get the winner.

Slight negative, wished we'd kept on and not got defensive when we went ahead

Have you forgotten the Chelsea game?

Utd have shown this aggression from the front before and Villa helped us by not only trying to play through it which they were really poor at but also leaving us loads of space in behind to release our rapid front 3 when we played out from the back.

Think at the end players were shattered Villa chucked a load of attackers on and ETH had to react to protect the lead.

Thought he needed resting and really didn't fancy Garnacho on the right

Hadn't realised/twigged in all the carnage that United's winning goal came from a CORNER

Last night was the 14th time United have comeback from being at least 2 goals down to win in the Premier League.

And that's 5 times more than any other club.
