    Substitutions

Taking off Kagawa nullified our attacking threat. We never looked like scoring after that. I could understand why Anderson was subbed as he looked tired.

Tom Cleverley | Match Performance Thread

Cleverley really did put in a commanding performance yesterday. Impressive. He even made a few good tackles in the second half! Hopefully he steers clear of injuries this season. As already mentioned, it will be exciting to watch the Cleverley-Carrick-Kagawa link up play in the coming games.

    Another on pitch heart attack

RIP. Terrible news. Thoughts go out to his family. The video of him collapsing is very painful to watch. He falls, gets up, falls again, tries to get up and then collapses. Really, really sad.

    Would you sell Nani?

No. I know he can be painfully frustrating at times, but he's been improving and not as inconsistent as before. He can still turn matches around. He's still 25 and yet to hit his peak. I'm sure he's going to improve a lot over the coming seasons.

    Manchester United vs. Aston Villa

A scrappy win tomorrow would do. There's no way we are going to catch up with City's GD anyway. And after today's result, City clearly have the momentum now. How things have changed in a week. Wow. I agree that Scholes should have been rested for the QPR game and not the Wigan one. We all know...

Title Race Thread | 7 points from a possible 9

Fergie on Mancini conceding the title: "I think he has maybe picked the wrong time to say it – there are still five games to go. The Premier League is fascinating. Our experience will help us and Sunday's game is the one to focus on." Mancini's mind games are pathetic. On par with Rafa I think.

    Player of the Year Awards

Going for Carrick too. Like others on here, I think it is between Evans and him. Both have been immense this season.

    Manchester United vs. Aston Villa

Dropping points at home at this stage will be devastating. I don't mind what team SAF puts out, all I want us to do is to bag three points and keep that gap intact. We all pretty much know what our back four will look like and what are CM pairing is going to be. Coming to the wingers, I think...

United to be reinstated to Champions League?

We certainly don't deserve being reinstated. That said, I don't get the logic behind FIFA's threat to bar all Swiss teams from competing just because one club failed to adhere to the rules. Well, if a Spanish team like Valencia does the same thing like Sion FC, would Barca or Real Madrid be...

Fletcher Takes Extended Break From Football

That's terrible. So, the real reason for his loss of form over the last two years was really down to this illness? Hope he gets well soon!

    Ballon d'Or 2011

This. Why take the pains of even creating a shortlist? Isn't it obvious?

    Rafael

This is excellent news. Hope he stays free from injury now. He is our only natural RB at the moment.

Tom Cleverley | Match Performance Thread

He's been a breathe of fresh air. It's astonishing how quick Cleverley has become an almost important player for us. Says a lot about his progress. Hopefully, he stays injury free! I like the way that when he makes a pass he immediately gets himself into position to receive the ball again; pass...

Manchester United vs. FC Otelul Galati

Lindegaard Fabio--Rio--Evans--Evra Valencia--Fletcher--Anderson--Nani Rooney--Welbeck Subs: de Gea, Rafael, Jones, Park, Pogba, Berba, Hernandez/Owen. With Cleverley and Carrick out, I think we'll see a Fletcher/Ando pairing unless SAF decides to field one of the academy players (although I...
