Mainoo and Garnacho?Saying that, I would sell any one of that squad apart from Amad if the offer was good enough.

Thats a horrible question, I love those players, especially Mainoo.Mainoo and Garnacho?

But in this system........
He is not being made a scapegoat. We are judging a 27-year old academy graduate on £300k+/week on his own merit. We are all disappointed he has not turned out to be the player he could have been.I don't really like the way he is the scapegoat, 90% or more of the players have been poor.
Given up on Leny already?I don't really like the way he is the scapegoat, 90% or more of the players have been poor.

I'm not saying it'd not warranted, just others don't get the same grief. He is not being made a scapegoat. We are judging a 27-year old academy graduate on £300k+/week on his own merit. We are all disappointed he has not turned out to be the player he could have been.
Maz has been our player of the season so far.Given up on Leny already?
I get what you mean though, apart from Amad, Yoro, Mainoo and Garnacho I wouldn’t be gutted to see any of the first teamers leave. I perhaps would put Maz and De Ligt in that category as well because I think they will both turn out to be fine signings.

Agree what Rashford should do if he really wants to stay is keep his mouth shut get his head down and work hard but it’s hard to tell what he wants these days.If I was Amorim I would be proper pissed at him to be honest, a couple of days after he was dropped he comes out with this interview. It screams a little bit of throwing toys out of the pram.
Now one of the biggest headlines around now isn’t what we are doing on the pitch but for what one of our players has said. It was an ill judged interview for me - well some of the contents anyway.
You rarely see Salah or Haaland pull out of a tackle or a header. Rashford rarely goes in for a header. Plus he is more selfish than the two of them. I would have sold him last summer.I think the major thing that holds him back is he just doesn't have the desire to do the defensive work.
He never has and he never will and when I mean desire it isn't just about running back and being in a position it's a desire to actually get the ball back and focus on that job as soon as the ball is lost. I think he often tries to do it but it's not a natural trait he has so he never really gets much reward from doing it.
I don't see any top side taking him because he will never do the job on both sides of the ball and he isn't good enough with the ball to justify leaving your side a bit short defensively. The way the game is now you really can't carry people who aren't buying into the defensive side of it.
City have Haaland and Liverpool have Salah but those guys guarantee you 30 goals a season and Rashford doesn't.
