City can try all they want, they don't have a Ruben Amorim.

I wonder where Gyokeres will choose?

One phone call and he's ours.

City’s new sporting director is the guy who signed Gyokeres.

I suspect he’s well in with the agent and knows all the terms relating to the buyout and what Sporting might have to accept.

As for the player unless Haaland is leaving no point going there to be a number 2

Amorim has worked with the player and got the best out of him, there's a bit of a difference IMO.

Amorim will hold all the cards.

Money talks if City make a better offer we will be the second choice.

It isn’t like their manager doesn’t have pull.

Ole had managed Haaland didn’t get us anywhere near him when he decided it was time to move.

For what it’s worth I don’t think City will be going for him unless Haaland is going.

money talks, and we have none.

We won't be buying him unless we sell someone big
