Uefa considering revamp of Champions League format

Hmm not sure about this... Isn't the Europa league based on larger groups and then a couple more rounds of knock outs?
Plus teams are complaining about English clubs and how financially they are much better off... But our performance in Europe over the last few years doesn't seem to suggest that's helping us? It makes for a more competitive league no doubt but we don't have the better teams or players by a long distance.

Personally think both competitions should just be straight knockout rounds without group stages. No restrictions in the draw, no seeds, anyone can draw anyone. Instantly makes games bigger. If you want to be the best, you've got to beat the best. Reduces the amount of games being played too, this new structure being proposed increases the amount of games.
