I wasn't keen on the appointment, a bit too old, I felt we needed younger coaches with new methods. And I thought it was a bit of a step back.

But two coaches responsible for last season, gone, cannot be a bad thing.
 
I think having a coach who's managed in the premier league in his group was a smart move now that ETH has had 2 seasons he probably doesn't need that guidance over the league.

Lovely retirement gig for Steve.
