It just hasn’t worked out for him. That’s both on him and on United. He doesn’t seem to have settled down and gotten on with working hard but United play a big part in it too. A lot of very good players haven’t really panned out as they should have.
Anyway it’s the right thing for United to get rid and good on Ten Hag for again having the full control of the situation.
Not sure a strict conservative muslim country is where I'd want to spend my early 20's as a young single lad.
Probably easier for the older players with families especially those who live a muslim lifestyle can't see a young lad from south london taking to well to living in a compound with nothing to do.
My guess is he'll be pushing the move back to Dortmund if they're willing to take him back.
