its a pay wall

But I think he fell out with a few players at PSV

I'm interested to see how he changes things.

Anyway, anything is a plus after ETH.

He needs to change the system in my opinion. Then he needs to tell the wide players their prime job is creating chances for our CF and not grab glory all to themselves. And drop Bruno for a couple of games and partner Eriksen, Cas and Uguarte. Tell Dalot his prime job is defending and not galloping forward all the time. Against Fernabace, he went forward and let a huge hole and if they had counter attacked they had the numbers on us. Fortunately they did not and Rashford saw it and also came back.
To be honest I do not see any positive changes unless he completely changes the style and go back to a low block and counter attacking side. That would not be acceptable to United.

I think like Carrick he will get 2 games at a push it’ll be until the international break.

Good luck to him but he was ETH’s man and interims don’t work.

They’ll have the new manager announced by the end of the week I reckon ready to takeover after the Chelsea game.

yeah, no surprise really.

Hopefully a club will come in for him. Looked good in the Paul Smith gear too

Shame to see him go but it was always unlikely he would stay. He’s done well in his little spell and hope he can get a job somewhere else.

Maybe one day we’ll see him back here in some capacity.

Yeah, great job, Ruud.

The Flying Dutchman wins it's last battle and resurfaces our ship from the depths of Davey Jones' locker.

Glad he got that moment in front of the Stretford end yesterday.

A long overdue farewell.

Yeah started when he was left out of the league cup final for Saha.

He had the hump for the rest of that season and left under a bit of a cloud and by the time he left he wasn't talking to the manager and for years after they didn't speak.

It was a bit of a shame that as a player he was here at a time where Utd were sort of transitioning from the 99-01 team that had started to break up into the 05-09 team that would go on to rule Europe again. He was sort of a bit to late for the good bit of the treble side and to early for the double side.

I remember I went to Palace near the end of season once, loads of players were dropped from the team :-(

But on the plus side it was Kanchelskis debut, but I think we lost

Yeah not sure it’s a surprise really. I don’t think the new manager can have a guy on his staff that 1) looked after the job for a few games and had great fan backing and 2) said himself that he wants the job one day.
