He threatened to find form for 2-3 weeks in November-December.

There were signs of deterioration during last season and that deterioration has continued.

Will he be dropped by Van Gaal though?

2 goals for the U21s tonight. If Rooney is out for Saturday's game, I know which striker i'd prefer to see replace him.

A decent first game back from him bar the penalty. He's our best striker imo.

He has been marginally better than Falcao this season.

He played pretty well considering it was his first proper game. He was a threat and looked the most likely to score in the first half.

Fairly anonymous and looked uninterested. Falcao at least tried to get involved.

Piss poor performance from him. It looked like he knew his time here has ended and he has nothing left to fight for.

He looked quite good in his last game but he might have been a bit miffed that he wasn't involved last time due to illness despite saying he was fit (I think).

To be fair we were crap and didn't have as much of the ball when he came on.
