I reckon if he stays fit Hojlund will get around 15 in all comps, I don’t see him playing the cup games.

Nothing spectacular but hopefully something that he can build on next season and for a guy who doesn’t take penalties it’s not a bad return.

of the 32 goals Toney has scored in 68 prem games 11 are penalties.

Penalties can massively skew your scoring stats take the pens away and he goes from a 1 in 2 to a 1 in 3 striker.
 
Yeah didn’t play well but there’s nothing for him to get on the end of.

Must be so frustrating to play up top in the team.

Think he’s working hard but like everyone nothing is coming off.

According to reports, he only received one pass in the Fulham box. Is it any surprise he doesn't score goals with service like that? He looked well annoyed when substituted.
 
Hopefully the goals give a confidence boost going forward.

He does look tired towards the end of games, which is to be expected given his age and the demand being asked of him. United should try to sign a striker in January, whether that’s a permanent transfer or loan deal.
 
I thought he looked good again and I have a feeling if he was on the pitch when the keeper spilled Bruno’s last shot, he would have been there to snap up the rebound.

He does look tired towards the end of games but he’s never played 90mins week in week out, so it’s understandable especially at his age.

Just needs to get that monkey off his back in the EPL and get his goal.
 
He won't have been playing two games a week at his previous club either so it's a big ask for him.

I think he's looking good think if you look at his record in all games 14 games 5 goals in a great start for a young player. The fee puts huge pressure on him and the lack of a back up means the team is so reliant on him.

Martial is probably going to be his backup this season but says a lot when he's not coming on to replace him ahead of Mount when all we needed was someone to just run around up front for 10-15 minutes. Another striker is essential but hard to see one coming in January at the moment.
 
Can see us maybe going in for a loan deal somewhere in January to get a striker. Hojlund definitely needs some help.
 
Weghorst must be sitting waiting for the call.

We saw last season finding a loan striker in January is a thankless task as you aren't getting better than a Weghorst. No club is going to give you a guy on loan who's actually useful half way through a season unless you buy him.

Also, to get a loan in they'll have to send Reguilon back to Spurs which is the plan as you can only have 2 loan players in your squad.
 
They said hamstring on the radio guessing he will be out of the internationals.

Hopefully it’s only a couple of weeks and not something more long term.

Should have had his first league goal today.
 
Hojlund is suffering from a strain. He’s expected to return before the end of November.
 
Suspect it could be Galatasaray before he’s back if it’s a couple of weeks. Looks like Martial for Everton!
