Premier League 2024/25: West Ham vs Man United - Sun 27 Oct - 14:00 KO

Must be a reason why no one went for David though?

1 year on his deal loads of clubs need strikers but no one went for him. Why?

Well theres another shocker, couldn't hit a cows arse with a shovel...its this almost every week and has been for two seasons.

He's not great, but he's better and cheaper than Zirkzee, who nobody was in for either

Nobody was in for Toney either.

We could have a prime RVN or RVP and they would not score in this team. They need supplies and we are not giving enough for Rasmus. Rasmus or any CF needs a regular amount of supplies ti get into the groove. Berbatov would sleep walk into this side and he never was such a regular in the United side.

Toney wanted big wages, Brentford wanted a big fee, the gambling charges are a huge risk and his age.

There were a lot of reasons not to go for Toney.

I’m intrigued why no one went for him as you say there’s a good striker there.

Having seen the penalty Utd should request that Micheal Oliver is not only stood down but is not allowed to be an official in any Utd games going forward.

That decision was ridiculous and makes a mockery of everything Howard Webb bangs on about with the high bar for intervention. Even if the ref gave that the VAR should be telling him to look at it and overturn it.

A truly ridiculous decision that shows how pointless VAR is for any sort of objective decision.

That I agree with you but we should have buried them by half time.

I am in the minority here but I know some fans who agree with me. Bruno should never have got his contract extended. Now individually he is a brilliant player but he does not know how to play with a CF. Neither is he disciplined enough. Now ETH might have given him the freedom to do whatever he wants. yes we missed sitters today but we should have started with Cas and Ugarte with Eriksen.
Totally agree he shouldn't have got extension

Just watching the penalty incident again and the aftermath. If the ref has to take a minute to look over and over at replays on the monitor then it’s probably not a clear and obvious mistake!

VAR had a shocker this weekend. How Van Dijk wasn’t sent off as well is beyond me.

It’s just a laughing stock in whatever form they parade it as.

I think the prem refs are just bad.

You don’t see this nonsense in other leagues.

If you believe in conspiracy Oliver has it in for Utd and will find every little thing he can to stitch us up.

That one yesterday was baffling and goes 100% against what Webb has told us VAR is for.

Was one in the Arsenal game Konate on Martinelli certainly a 50/50 but ref didn’t give it and VAR cleared it straight away.

I wonder if that pen decision has actually cost ETH his job.

It was definitely not a penalty.

I think what cost him his job was the whole of last season, and the first 3 months of this season
