It’s a good header that’s beaten him, Martinez should deal with it.

No pressure on the cross again just pick your spot lad. Usual suspect on that one.

He played a poor pass into midfield that could have been punished but FFS the rest of the team can’t pass it to each other either.

And you look for every excuse to let him off. He's made zero saves today. Made two mistakes. And was at fault for Arsenals second wednesday.

He offers no control of the 6 yard box.
 
If Amorim can find a way for us to come back from this.... I'll be impressed.

No I call him out on howlers which I think is fair.

I don’t expect him to be absolutely perfect and he’s massively out performed every stat this season but today he’s having a stinker. He will get pelted for that and rightly so. P

Not even going to discuss those Arsenal goals if the balls outside the width of your posts you shouldn’t be going near it.

The second one is there to grab before its outside of the post. You'll notice most top keepers aren't stuck to their line from corners they come and take it. He's allowed to use his hands and jump before the attacking players can head the ball.
 
It boils down to his decision making and I think it's very questionable and always has been.

I think it was too high to get plus if he comes he’s coming through bodies.

They tend to take very few things now most stay on their line.

I just think you are overly harsh on him and my view is he’s a good keeper but not a great one.
 
Rashford has been rotten since he came on.

Neuer Edison Alison all play the same way Big Pete did. Come for it take it or clear everyone out and release the ball quickly. They wouldn't dream of being stuck on their line.

And remember this was a key reason for getting him is that he'd improve us from set pieces. We can fundamentally agree he hasn't done that?
 
Lost a bit of momentum after the subs.

Should be a fair bit added here but doesn’t feel like the goal is coming.
 
Been poor. But a goal here could kick start Amorims management even to rescue a draw it'll feel like a win.
 
Wasting 45 seconds there not taking that free kick might be worse than the goals.

He hasn’t but teams aren’t dropping it dead centre of the goal for free headers anymore either. Can we agree on that?

Onana high claims 53 in 53 games
De Gea high claims 224 in 415 games
Ederson high claims 140 in 262 games
Alison high claims 106 in 207 games.

So those stats show he isn’t just getting pinned to his line he’s willing to come at take balls.
 
First Victory in 30 years at Old Trafford for Forest. New manager same records tumbling.
 
Onana is a clown, 45 seconds wasted for a ball that was already placed and two goals because he messed up.

Pretty much what happened today?

Perhaps the being pinned to his line is a new tactic then under this coaching regime.

He was awful today.
 
Sure Amorim was under no illusion of the task he had but the last few days shows it’s a mountainous task. He’s implemented a new style but it’s the same brainless players playing in it.

There will be a lot of pain for the rest of this season. Probably some good wins along the way but I cannot imagine we will see any kind of consistency.

One bad performance and he’s a clown? Mature.

He’s been brilliant this season but as soon as he makes a couple of errors he’s the worst keeper to ever grace the OT pitch. Short memories some fans have.

Worryingly we aren't seeing a new manager bounce. Nothing has improved.

Sure he'll come good next season. But these players haven't given up on the manager and hadn't. They've given up on the shirt or aren't good enough.

He removed the set piece coach from defensive set pieces. That may have to change back.
 
It's about having the patience to let Amorim build a side. He's only been here five minutes, shock defeats like that are going to happen. We have to accept that and just enjoy the games we can whilst he's building.

They were swinging it in on De Gea and bullying him they don’t do that to Onana they keep it away from him. Our issues on set pieces is our defenders do not attack the ball and win headers.

He was poor today and he will rightly get flack for it but there’s a lot of others who were dreadful as well.

Dalot, Martinez, Hojlund were all very poor. Martinez at fault on 2 goals.

Garnacho, Rashford, Mount, Zirkzee created nothing.

The keeper dropping a clanger should not let the others off the hook.

I think the new manager bounce is a bit of a myth, I didn’t suddenly expect us to start pumping out wins every week.

It’s amazing that we’ve spent so much money but I still feel the whole squad needs open heart surgery! Not enough technically quality players, a few players who have totally stagnated and overall the squad looks a little average.

That’s right he’s a clown and you making excuses for that abysmal performance makes you one too.
 
This isn’t a great squad he’s inherited but some of these players simply are not PL quality, big job on here.
 
No stats or bullshit excuses can cover up Onanas display tonight he’s cost us three points
 
Think the issue is a little more than our defenders don't attack the ball. Onana has been awful from set pieces too since he joined. This is undeniable. He doesn't command his box.

And of course him being prone to a calamity effects the confidence of those in front of him.

I made no excuses. Of course it was a terrible performance today but it’s away from the norm of his other performances this season. But I guess I fully expected once he had a performance like today he would be shamed brutally on here.
