On we roll with another game. Disappointing result against Arsenal but hopefully we can get another 3pts here.

We are going to continue to be inconsistent while the new manager works out his players and the player works out his formation. However games like these we need to be nailing the win if we are going to get top four.

Our up coming fixtures are pretty scary tbf.

Forest [H]
City [A]
Spurs [A]
Bou [H]
Wol [A]
New [H]
Liv [A]

Forest are doing well this season and are a potential banana skin.

We need to take all three points here otherwise we could be heading right back down the table.

top 4 is looking very unlikely when you view the table.

I'm not going to able to watch this, until Strictly has finished and on rewind

England are pretty much nailed on to get one of the extra european spots this season so there's a good chance 5th will also get a team into the CL next season.

A win in this one will no doubt bounce us up a few places but there's a big cluster of teams at the moment who are very hit and miss results wise and we are in that group.

Not going to be an easy game Forest like us don't score many but also don't give many away but they've got a striker who's currently brimming with confidence.

We will see lots of changes again as he works out his best XI and they're clearly having to manage the amount certain players play due to injuries.

The fact Forest played mid week might help us as they're not used to that sort of quick turnaround they'll be used to playing 1 game a week and having plenty of time to prepare.

Onana

Maz De Ligt Martinez

Amad Casemiro Mainoo Dalot

Bruno Zirkzee Rashford

Shaw, Evans and Lindelof are out injured.

Our injury problems seem to be easing quite a bit recently. I'm not sure what has changed, but it's great to have a close to a full squad available. Fairly sure Evans and Lindelof will be back fairly quickly too, that only leaves you know who...

Yeah but there’s clearly a lot of work to do to get the players fully fit and you know it’s only a matter of time before they pile up again.

Well, it's a contact sport so I feel the same, the injuries will never entirely go away, it's about keeping them to a minimum and carefully managing players minutes while they're getting back to 100%. I think we have the coach to do that now. He's already rotating a lot for other reasons, but I'm sure he'll also be thinking along the lines of not pushing the players too hard if they're not ready.

I don't think he's made any mistakes regarding this yet.

Team is out - No Mazraoui or Rashford. Bruno back into a more familiar role.

And... Yoro starts.

That line up you would say is as close to our first XI as you can get. The only person that sticks out would be Dalot who is not a natural on the left.

I agree, it looks very strong on paper.

Still not sure on Hojlund vs Zirkzee though.

I was just thinking this. Agree about Dalot too.

Been a pretty enjoyable game.

It’s nice to see we have a clear structure to our play. Going to be some bumps along the way but feeling positive.

Very disappointing giving them a goal start, conceding too many soft goals from corners.

Think that makes us the joint worst team in the league for goals conceded on set pieces.

Was a good header and delivery but we’ve got to look at the way we are setting up.

Did well after going behind

First mistake of the season.

Terrible by Bruno in the build up as well.

Bruno was so poor in the build up. Terrible mistake by Onana but we can be so so careless with the ball.

First calamity. Mistake no.

First one where it isn’t even up for debate.

He’s got plenty in the positive column this season though.

Just totally misread the flight

We give away some really poor goals.

And have a nasty habit of letting two in close together.

A long way back now.

Hes added a second clear one for you. Doing a jig instead of controlling his 6 yard box.

He was supposed to be this dominant keeper. And he's worse from crosses than most I've seen. Can't read the flight of the ball on them and make a decision.
