Last match before the International break and it’s a doozy!

Arsenal haven’t started the season particularly well performance wise but have still racked up 7pts from 3 games. Similarly we are not in great form so difficult to call - Arsenal favourites though for me.

As for the teams I would expect the same team as Forest with the exception of Lindelof in for Varane if his injury keeps him out. Hopefully Hojlund makes an appearance on the bench.

Having watched both, Arsenal look better than us, and they are at home.

Tough game, I hope we win or my whatsapp group will be a nightmare.

I think we'll concede Hojlund to come on and score

2 - 2

I think we'll lose to be honest they'll kill us in wide areas Saka especially as we'll have no recognised left back.

Maybe we can do them on the break a couple of times but hard to see us having any real control of this game and if you let this Arsenal side control the game especially at home they'll create plenty of chances.

Sounds like the Varane injury was a precaution so hopefully he's fit enough to start.

Our away form is horrendous against the better sides and while we made an ok start vs Spurs we still walked away with no points if we're able to make a fast start vs Arsenal we have to make the chances count.

They should be on 9 points got hit by a sucker punch by Fulham but that can happen if you don't properly put sides away you are always vulnerable to them snatching a point.

Starting XI probably the same as Saturday there's still some doubt over what players will even be at the club come the weekend and Hojlund having had almost no pre season is surely only going to be fit enough for the bench. He's going to need to use those international matches like pre season games to get himself fit enough to start on his return.

I do worry about Saka because Dalot isn’t a natural left back and he gave Shaw all manners of problems last year in both league games. Rashford is going to have to do a lot of tracking back to help out.

I think we are a threat on the counter but I think a draw is the best we can hope for here. Although you do never know, we are due a good performance!

Team News

Hojlund is fit and available
Bayindar and Reguilon are both available.

My predicted line up

Onana

AWB Lindelof Martinez Dalot

McTominay Casemiro

Anthony Bruno Rashford

Martial

Think it'll be Hojlund from the bench although there must be a temptation to start him and see if he can do an hour.

Utd have to start quick in this game and unlike Spurs if we get chances we must be clinical and take them.

McTominay didn’t travel according to the internet.

Onana
AWB Lindelof Martinez Dalot
Casemiro Eriksen
Antony Bruno Rashford
Martial

Bayindir
Maguire
Evans
Reguilon
Hannibal
Gore
Pellistri
Hojlund
Garnacho

0-2, walk in the park, next!

Oh dear, is that the team that conceded two to forest in 5 mins?

Very lightweight team I fear for them away from home as that team is full of lads that you know will buckle once Arsenal apply a bit of pressure.

Bench is weak as well.

Haha, so it's worse.

I'm surprised Reguilon isn't starting because Dalot was beyond poor last week. Likewise Hojlund.

Other than that I guess there was little option

Got to imagine it’s fitness related neither of them has played at all chucking them into this cold would be a massive gamble.

Anything we get today is a bonus to be honest, I just hope it isn’t another implosion away from home.

Don't let @Mr C get to you LOL

Nonsense, the potential of Hannibal, Gore, Pellistri, Hojlund and Garnacho is friggin scary

TRY AND ENJOY THE GAME.

Think united need to score first, stop being so slow to start, and most importantly don't keep giving the ball away cheaply.
Arsenal are a bit off it so a good time to play them

Honest to God I'm sure some of yous lot are hoping we lose so you can say I told you so ....

Stan Collymore on french TV

@Justin Cider don't be daft, no fan wants to see us lose
Just being honest, Arsenal are better than us, but if we get off to a good start we have a chance. If we go behind it will be tough.

Just had a piece about Arsenal conceding early goals, so let's hope we go at them from the start

Yes it is friggin scary.

This new kit isn’t helping my enjoyment

Struggling a bit at the mo, we seem to pass it around the back but forward pass is always giving possession away

Yeah loads of knocking it around the back but can’t get it into our forwards.

The big difference with Onana I see is he’s always willing to take the ball back after making the pass but we can’t get through their press and when it goes long we aren’t winning the ball

I'm sorry and you lot won't agree but that's poor keeping again. He's got one place to hit it.

Same old stuff everyone panics and runs to goal and leaves a free man on the edge.

You can’t blame a goalie when the player has a free shot at goal from 12 yards.
