First time we'll visit Leeds with a full crowd in the league for nearly 20 years this will be massive for them and Utd will need to rise to that challenge.

Champions League game away in Madrid so I think we will see some rotation from the recent starting XI most notably I'd be surprised if Ronaldo starts this one.

No idea if Varane, Cavani or Matic are fit they all missed the last game.

Shame we can't pick Dan James for this one he was our secret weapon against them lets hope he doesn't come back to haunt us.

As always 3 points is essential in this race for 4th which we are somehow still in.

Leeds are missing big players in Phillips and Bamford so there's no real excuse for not taking the 3 points in this one.

I think Varane should be okay, apparently was just a vicious case of the brads.

Yep, we really need to be getting all 3 points here, we always seem to hit a few past Leeds so hopefully we bag some goals and get the confidence up ready for Atletico.

Yeah Rangnick has confirmed he’s back, Matic is 50/50 and Cavani is out.

Why is that an issue?

Bet a lot of people don’t know about it.

Rangnick: I didn't know about Leeds rivalry

FFS
To be fair this is his first stint in English football and while this is a rivalry, it’s not a modern rivalry in the sense it’s not been a regular fixture of late.

No issue for me that he doesn’t know the rivalry. He will soon know though when the game starts!

The guy was at University in Brighton around the time we signed Gordon McQueen and Joe Jordan from dirty Leeds so he'll know all about the rivalry, he probably just thinks knowing how the press twist everything he says it's not worth the effort going into it, and rightly so.

Ah the lesser spotted-Lingard ....

Happy enough with the team, thought AWB would have come in with James in mind, and Varane rested for Wednesday.

Surprised Varane hasn’t started only missed the game midweek through illness but if he’s missed training then makes sense I guess. Lindelof will be looking to hit those long balls over the Leeds defence which have been a useful route to goal for us against Leeds.

Let’s see how the lads who’ve not been playing react to getting a chance as there are spots up for grabs in this team.

Filthy conditions blowing a gale and driving rain.

These conditions will test you as a player.

Great first half performance.

I guess the goal from a corner was going to happen eventually! Leeds are probably the team you would put your house on conceding from a set piece.

Pogba has been masterful.

Yeah Leeds defending on set pieces is horrific they don’t have anyone attacking the ball if you stick in a decent in swinging cross it’s almost a nailed on goal.

Big test second half now stay focused keep pushing forward and look to punish mistakes.

The pitch will be a mess second half anything along the floor will be unpredictable.

First 5 minutes suggest we intend on playing like dicks second half.

Jogging to the ball to often.

Very hard conditions to play in.

1-2 an absolute fluke

One word sums them up is Fragile.

Put them under any pressure and they will crack so much is self inflicted.

Yep was raining coins and lighters after every goal absolute scum people who do that and sadly becoming a common trend in the game again.

Second half was mad credit to Rangnick his subs worked to perfection Leeds went early but we finished by far the stronger side and got the points In really tough conditions.

Still worrying that they have that 10-15 minute spell where they totally switched off

A hail of objects on the pitch, and a hearty rendition of "Always look on the runway for Ice" circa 30 mins in, somethings never change.

Lindelof and Sancho joint M.O.M

To be fair, their first was a fluke. Then we weathered the storm, Ralf did his thing and we get the result we deserved.

I saw a tight group out there and one not flustered by all the shittery of the moronic Leeds following.

It was a huge fluke but straight from half time Utd were getting run ragged we started really poor we totally lost our heads and losing 2 goals that quickly was awful. The second goal was so poor gave the ball away twice in the space of 30 seconds and Shaw caught napping at the back post. Even the first goal think it was Lingard jumping out of a 50/50 that allowed them to get the ball on the second goal I think it was Sancho from the kick off.

Just felt like Utd weren’t awake from the start something that seems to be happening in every game we aren’t ready for the opponent to come after us they need to sort that out.

After the subs came and the pitch became playable again we got our game going again.

In the end United settled themselves and got the result. And to be fair overall it was a deserved result I'd say. But there was that wobble early in the second and that's got to be a concern to all involved. I mean they just can't handle adversity, or at least they don't handle it well.

Even when they got back into it never thought we'd lose, we've definitely got their number, and long may that continue.
