He's a bit better than that.Like a new John O’Shea stick him anywhere and he can give you a 7/10 job.
I don't like this about him, I cited that before he came, just been side trecked by his performances
If the other players want to, they should be allowed
Ironically that we are all in this together. Classy gesture from the players, and clubHe's an excellent player but I really dislike this about him and struggle to see him as a player I want to cheer for. Frankly his views are bigoted, religious or not, and we should never have signed him. We got him cheap from Bayern because many there felt a man with his views had no place in the club.
The fact that this caused all the other players to pull back in solidarity makes it ten times worse. What message does that send?

Or is it that one bigot can dictate the agenda for everyone else? I wish he didn't play for us, even though he's a very good player.
I'm not sure, his views shouldn't dictate what everbody else does.
And I'm not sure we should be signing players like this. All the while these views exist in football it's harder for somebody from that community to come out.
You might as well admit you don't want Muslims at the club, because that's what it boils down to.but does put us all over the news for the wrong reasons.
And what about the players who wanted to, like previous seasons.
It's not right.
As good as he is, I don't want players like him at the club

If that's how you feel, fine. own it
Should at least retract the comment re: me not wanting muslims at the club. Becasue I never said that and it's false
He is free to hold whatever opinions he pleases. And I am free to think he shouldn't play for Manchester United with such opinions, no matter how good he might be. Bayern seem to agree. There are many people who do not support homosexuality. So if Maz does not support it then why should he have to wear an armband to support it? the club as an institution supports it as they said. it is like wearing the Poppy issue.
It has got nothing to do with homosexuality and Bayern. He posted a pro Palestine post and that was the problem with him and Bayern. What has his not supporting homosexuality got to do with him playing for any club? he has not said anything against them just refused to wear an armband supporting it.He is free to hold whatever opinions he pleases.
