See the thing is... People say that in a lot of games Schneiderlin goes unnoticed. But it is said as a bad thing and that's not the way I see it. If he's going unnoticed then he's probably doing his job very well. In the role he plays you don't want him necessarily to be in the thick of things. He's there to shield the back 4 and give the ball to the creative players.

He has probably been my biggest disappointment of the season.
He started the season really well but I think he's lost all confidence. LVG kept him out of the team for no good reason at one point and rarely gave him outings and that must have affected his confidence. But yeah I agree for whatever reason he's been anonymous. And in the role he plays that's absolutely fine when you are winning and keeping clean sheets but too often that's not the case.
