Keane was obviously exaggerating but some of what he said about Haaland is bang on. He’s not world class in my opinion in terms of his overall contribution. Phenomenal finisher but his all round game is not as good as a lot of strikers in the league, thinking of Toney, Watkins to name a couple.

His stats have been inflated for City because they create so many chances and they gave De Bruyne laying goals on a plate for him. Put him in a weaker side in this league and his flaws would be highlighted even more.

There are certain situations where he is basically unstoppable but if you defend deep and starve his supply you can nullify him.

If you can keep a game at 0-0 you can play that way but if you go behind and have to push and leave spaces that is where he can kill you.

Does feel like City have let this one slip this season the moments where you feel like they’ll just put their foot down and pull away haven’t come.

A documentary orchestrated by the City media team made them out in the best light and avoided all controversies? Shocking!

Anyway I won't be watching it, football documentary series only work if they are covering clubs going through ups and downs in a season and they have proper unrestricted access.

I'm guessing the derby at Old Trafford will get a lot less coverage than the one at the Etihad and Wembley.

Nope their fans are currently "protesting" against their owners over another round of ticket price increases.

They aren't the only ones facing these sort of pressures from owners it would seem they're doing everything they can to drive season ticket holders out at the moment.

City are paying the law firm trying to get them off the charges £10,000 an hour.
Sounds like they are taking it seriously o_O

Why wouldn’t they? if they’re caught cheating it’s the entire brand tarnished forever and the PR of the state undermined (untrustworthy).

They’re just trying every delay tactic in the book to get the PL to give up and either walk away or do a deal. They have a bottomless pit of money to spend and I bet these legal costs don’t go on the Man City books.

It isn’t good for the game the longer this drags on.

Assuming its 8 hrs a day Mon to Fri thats pushing £21 Million a year by my quick rough calculations on lawyers fees.

it shouldn't be allowed.

I hope they get it harder now.

Every other club in football should chip and get lawers to fight them. Because if they get away with it it's football that suffers.

All this BS Pep comes out with about doing nothing wrong, I say hiring 10grand an hour lawyers say you have done somwthing wrong.

They`ve done plenty wrong and they know it, it will take years to sort it though probably going on the amount of charges.

All I can say is, they best not win the league. I will explode if they do. Literally.

Even Liverpool are as lesser evil IMO.

It won't be a full time charge as it won't be a team of lawyers working full time on that case the sort of lawyers City use will be working on multiple cases at any one time.

The funny thing is City claim they have undisputable evidence that clear them which so far they've failed to provide to the investigators.

The whole legal defence cost will run into the millions.

What are the repercussions of everyone forfeiting their matches against City? They would win the titles but no-one would really care and the team finishing 2nd would be the real winner. The teams could cobble together to buy a different trophy to the EPL one.

Sounds good to me, but isn't realistic. The league would become a joke, and that there would be the repercussions.

I doubt the TV companies would be to happy so you'd be shooting yourself in your own foot.

why don't the pundits and writers caveat all their comments by saying explaining they are under investigation.

If I'm honest I don't see where they drop points either. I had hope for Spurs, but they're really struggling right now. Even after todays win, their form is so bad. You could also factor in them not wanting Arsenal to win the league... so yeah, it's over.

Nobody wants to see these plastics win it again.

It's going to be a good day, I can feel it.

Forget form, Spurs are going to derail these bunch of cheating *****

Head-to-head

  • Tottenham have won each of their past four Premier League home games against Manchester City without conceding a goal.

I will be supporting them like it's my own team tonight.

It's over for them, watch.

My brain tells me you're right tho.... but I just feel it. They're going to lose.
