League Cup Third Round
Sixfields
19:45 BST

Henderson; Fosu-Mensah, Tuanzebe, Blind, Shaw; Herrera, Buffonge, Harrop; Depay, Rashford, Young

Not gonna happen but it's a nothing trophy, give some youngsters a shot.

What will probably happen:

Romero; Darmian, Smalling, Blind, Rojo; Carrick, Herrera, Fellaini; Depay, Rooney, Lingard.

If Rashford is now a regular first team starter, should he be involved in this game. I'd like to see him play more as a centre forward but I don't want to see him burn out.

Carrick and Schneiderlin must start. They both need game time. Memphis too. I'd really like to see Fosu-Mensah in the side over Rojo with Darmian playing on the left.

Exactly what I hoped, Rashford on the bench, rested as now first choice.

Good to see Fosu-Mensah starting albeit in a pretty poor side, many of which are fighting for the futures at the club.

Team: Romero; Fosu-Mensah, Smalling, Blind, Rojo; Carrick, Schneiderlin; Young, Herrera, Memphis; Rooney.

Subs: Johnstone, Darmian, Fellaini, Lingard, Mata, Rashford, Ibrahimovic.

Pretty meh team. No real pace in the side, Rooney up front? Hmm! Ah well, still expect a win but after the MK Dons fiasco of a few years ago means anything is possible!

We controlled the first 40 minutes, but went to sleep for the last 5.

If it stays 1-1 for any sort of time I think Rashford, Mata and Ibra will be making an appearance.

Rashford scored on EPL, Europa League, EFL, England and England U21's debut. What a talent.
