I think the problem with Mainoo in the previous set up, was his lack of pace.

Maybe the new formation will suit him more.

Not looked himself for a while but needs less responsibility at his young age, agree about his lack of pace he needs players around him to do the donkey work like Scholes had.

I was on Sky Go while trying to get my daughter to sleep and couldn't find a way on the Sky Go app to even get to a match choice screen.

When I got downstairs every time I hit the red button it would just bring up an error code.

Sky sports app for devices mate, not sky go, and yes my pal was getting the similar error message.

Have you got SkyQ and/or Sky Glass, if you have you should easily be able to resolve any red button issues by updating your system, not sure where that function is as i’m still using a HD+ box

Just not sure he's a centre mid from memory in the academy he was more of a number 10.

That midfield role at times with ETH was just an impossible job his best stuff was often done close to the opponents box I'm not sure he's a player for building the play from deep as he's more of a dribbler than a passer.

I reckon in the new system he'll be used in the front 3 rather than as a centre mid.

Mainoo played in a double-pivot with Maxi Oyedele for the 18’s, they were a joy to watch as both were very comfortable(at that level)on either side of the ball

Oh yeah, congrats to Maxi who started for Poland in the recent international snoozefest
