Uefa proposes new spending rules
Proposed new spending rules to replace Uefa's current Financial Fair Play (FFP) regulations would limit club spending on wages, transfers and agents' fees to 70% of their revenue from 2025.

Limiting club spending on transfers and wages to 70% of revenue each year from 2025 sounds like a good idea but even that sounds very unhealthy.
The other bit about allowing cash injections to cover losses is worrying clubs will be allowed to lose 60m over a 3 year cycle rather than the current 30m.
Football cannot be sustainable if clubs are allowed to propped up by states or sugar daddy owners.
You just have to look at that salary table published in France last week so show you how messed up their league is now. 18 of the top 20 earning players are at 1 team that can't be good for the game.
