Loan the right move? Think a loan to a club in England would be the better option.

Think he should stay put for the rest of this season at least, and it will allow EtH and his coaches the time to try and convert him to be a RB, he ain't displacing Antony on the right-wing anytime soon, and he's already tuned in to his defensive responsibilities, so why not, with Pellistri/Antony on the right and Malacia/Garnacho on the left we might have both flanks tied-down for the next 7 or 8 years.

I think if a striker comes in then we can probably let him go on loan.

I'd prefer an English club even if it was in the championship he needs to start getting regular playing time and the championship is a strong league.

Not sure we can let both Pellistri and Elanga go out on loan.

What difference does a striker coming in make, and if it is Weghorst, wouldn't you want to keep the best winger we have at skinning his man and putting quality crosses in. Even Cavani said Pellistri made his life easier.

Well it means Rashford is more likely to be playing wide than through the middle as currently he's the backup striker.

I don't think ETH wants a huge squad of players especially if he can't give them playing time.

In the 3 attacking positions if Weghorst arrives he's got two specialist centre forwards. On the wing he's then got Anthony, Sancho, Rashford, Garnacho, Elanga, Pellistri. That's 6 players to cover 2 spots in his team he's going to struggle to keep 6 players happy especially when the two starting spots are pretty well nailed down.

As it stands one of Elanga or Pellistri can probably depart on loan to get some playing time to aid their development. They are the 5th and 6th choice for those wide spots.

Don't think Weghorst will start many matches, I doubt he'll start more than five for the remainder of the season, unless both Martial and Rashford are injured.

And EtH may prefer working with a smaller squad, but come the end of the season I'd be staggered if he didn't revise that opinion.

And I don't think we'll see much of Sancho, wouldn't be surprised if he's slowly phased out.

Think Elanga, Iqbal, Shoretire and Bernard will be loaned out. Phil Jones will be put out to grass, or stud!

EtH has praised both Pellistri and Garnacho for working hard in training and earning the right to come on as subs or start games, so I fully expected him to stay at the club.

I think he'll stay as cover but I get the feeling he'll leave in the summer, just can't see him getting enough playing time to develop.

Don't know if we'd used all our subs or not but thought it was an ideal match last night to give Facundo a 10/15 minute try out at RB, one because he's got all the tools to play there, and two I fear AWB is gonna burn-out.

Think with everyone fit he’s struggling to get on the bench let alone get on.

He needs to make a serious mark on the game next time he’s on the pitch.
