Malacia struggling his final ball has been awful. Been in good positions but his crosses have been terrible.

Antony struggling in the wing back role.

And yeah you can’t judge the system yet no way. But the players? They are very average. Just look at the players back to front and they are average.

Fernandes what kind of player is he at this point? On his day he can be brilliant but mostly he’s anonymous now. Hojlund? He runs a lot outside the box but he’s got no presence in it. De Ligt? Had potential that he’s not realised. Martinez looks a shadow of what he was. Mount was a waste of money and I said that at the time. Rashford has no hunger and work rate.

They’ve wasted so much money on players that aren’t going to work in this system.

I agree there are a lot of question marks hanging over a lot of players and it's time they wake up and play or move on. They do have this last chance though to prove they can be a part of Manchester United.

I have full faith in Amorim, he will keep the players that are good enough.

This is going to be a long project though and getting a team Amorim is happy with might take quite some time, it's about placing the puzzle pieces correctly now. Getting rid of the right players, buying the right players. That is where the previous coach went badly wrong.

I just think these players (not all but a lot) just aren’t good enough. Maybe prove me wrong.

Amorim I think is the right choice and he’s going to be really good if he gets the backing which he should.
 
Thought we did ok, couple of bad moments that cost us goals. Other than that I think we've been good.
Mounts best performance for us.

You could be right, I'm very undecided on a lot of our players these days. I honestly don't know who's good enough anymore due to recent performances. The only thing that is certain is that judging them fairly and correctly has become hard.... I guess we're going to find out in coming months how good they really are.

Think they worked us out after 15 minutes spotted the gaps to exploit and punished us with ruthless finishing.

They are leaving Malacia as the free man he has got to make more of the time and space he’s getting.

Overall been ok had a dodgy 5 minutes but generally we’ve had control created some chances.
 
Stunning finish by Hojlund, that’s what he has in his locker but obviously we don’t see it enough.

Overall you have to say a lot of players look a little ill at ease in this system. I’m all for pressing but some of our players just do it brainlessly and leave space behind them.

Amorim sure has a lot of work to do but I never for one minute expected him to come in and transform us from minute one.
 
Malacia is glaringly rusty and the back three don't quite get the system, especially if Ugarte is there as a screening midfielder as well. Leaves us over staffed in the middle and vulnerable around edges. This could take a while
 
Dalot playing as a number 10 with Garnacho as the wing back with the ball but when we lose it they swap.
 
Savage is talking some absolute waffle here.

Hate having to listen to him TNT always use him for our games
 
Listening to Robbie Savage is like watching the game in a bingo hall with all his waffle about 6's and two 10's and god knows how many other numbers. Stick to simple defenders, midfielders and attackers. Maybe that's just me being old fashioned!!!!

I think he realised he was talking nonsense but rather than back down he doubled down.

It was always 3-4-3 there were just 2 players swapping roles with and without the ball.
 
I have a question
Does half time count as one of your 3 sub windows? Did we use all our subs with 25 mins left?
