To be honest this has been a bit of an epidemic in our player roster the last however many years. It seems to be a ‘oh someone will probably sort it out’ mentality. There is a distinct lack of players taking responsibility.Just seen the replay of their first goal his chasing back is a disgrace.
It’s the first couple of minutes there’s no excuse not to be sprinting back, he’s barely in the box by the time the cross goes in.
This lad has improved massively in the last few years but he’s still capable of some really dumb stuff.

Really like how Dalot has progressed over the last couple of years but like you say he can still be very poor in some situations.
Really?Pretty sure people were using Dalot as a trump card for ETH developing players
I can’t recall.Yup, on this forum
Dalot
Maguire
Rashford
McTominay
Another player who has developed quite nicely over the last couple of years is Dalot
Whew argumentative much!So ETH has improved him into a crap defender who gets slagged off on here week in week out.
Good work, I can see why you thought ETH was good at developing players
From the way he plays now I think he thinks too much of himself.Just seen the miss.
He needs benching in rotten form and needs taking out of the team.

He just looks out of sorts and like he needs a break.
For his own good
Who do we drop him for?
Maz went off injured again today.
Even in his best position he is not good enough. That is the issue.
If CBs are fit I’d be move Martinez to LB and at least get Dalot back in his best position
