Chasing the money?

Seems strange that he’d leave Arsenal unless he’s chasing a big money offer.

Thought he may be swayed by one of the German clubs at the 11th hour, but welcome to the club young man.

I feel it was our obligation to sign this lad after he scored 10 goals in 1 game vs Liverpool.

If you keep that up lad you'll do just fine here.

Arsenal fans are unhappy to see him go. Which is always a good sign with a youngster.

There's a lot already ahead of him.

Hojlund, Zirkzee and Wheatley are all still very young so he's going to have to be fighting his way past them to make it into the first team in a few years time.

none of those will be at the club when he's 20, or at least not first 11.

Sounds like this boy is a bit special. But the one you missed out who he will be competing with is Kai, who looks incredible already

If Hojlund and Zirkzee aren't at the club in 4 years something has gone terribly wrong.

Yeah, I'm exagerating, but I'm not sure either have what it takes to lead the line for united, certainly not seen it at the moment. Hojlund does have time.

I am more excited by Kai

He will turn 20 in November 2027 I reckon he will leave before any of these do.

Kai Rooney is two years younger than this kid hence why he couldn’t be considered as competition for this kid and there’s still many many hurdles for him to clear to even get a sniff of being a first team player at Utd.

James Wilson and Charlie McNeil both scored boat loads of goals in academy football neither made it to the highest level.

Yeah it’s cool that we’ve signed a good young goal scorer but there is so far still to go for this kid.

his goal scoring stats, and assists are phenominal. Also, a bit of me thinks of the clubs marketing, just like his dad!

great with both feet too.

I wonder how close it’ll be before we see him in and around the first team. I know he’s only 16 and you would usually worry about the physicality but he already looks equipped in that respect. Next season definitely not you would imagine but once he hits 17/18 and he continues to progress then you never know.

I have no doubt if he went to Dortmund for example, they would be playing him next season. It is a little different I guess with the EPL as it’s a harder league.

This loser who promoted both Garnacho and Mainoo into the first team without hesitation.

Keep him well away from this loser and wait for the next coach hopefully.
I get ETH’s not to everyone’s taste but geez don’t just post nonsense for the sake of laying into him. It gets pretty tiresome reading.

Like jsp said he’s promoted Garnacho and Mainoo to key roles in the first team.

Our league position and abysmal performances in Europe point to my opinion being far more realistic than yours, its you posting the nonsense.

You can't knock his goalscoring record but there are so many parts of his game that he needs to greatly improve, would put Wheatley and Biancheri a long way ahead of him for first-team opportunities.

Tend to agree. He has bags of potential but is still raw.
