He did have one wobble though, he could of been sent off. Other than that another solid performance.
Huh, if the Ref or VAR picked up on the hand ball he would hve been straight offIt was never a sending off not in a million years.
He was put in that position by his own player attempting a stupid pass.
He had to make the tackle and he did it.
I think they would have seen the hand ball but it was clearly an accidental one and in any case it wasn’t a denial of a clear goal scoring opportunity. Are all handles out of the box by a keeper a red card? Not sure of the exact rules to be honest but as there was a clear replay showing he handled the ball I presume VAR checked and cleared it.Huh, if the Ref or VAR picked up on the hand ball he would hve been straight off

Oh well if VAR checked itWell VAR checked it and said it wasn’t handball.
Read the current handball law and you’d see it is not considered handball.
Oh well if VAR checked it
Always thought keepers got a bum deal from Refs re. handball, it’s almost like you can handle the ball as many times as you like in your area but if you come out onto my field and handle it I will nail you.
My first instinct on seeing it live was oh shit he’s going off there, I didn’t blame Onana but the rules are the rules, and Refs on the Continent are brutal implying them, usually
The one with keepers that really tickles me, and is always a straight red, is the one where they start a slide with the ball in their hands inside the box but release it fractionally too late, how are you suppose to see the line sometimes in horrendous conditions when you are so low to the ground, maybe on your back, and there's usually bodies in the way as well, madnessThe current rule basically says if you go to ground and the ball hits your arm you are fine as long as the arm is being used to break your fall.
Onana got plenty on the ball but it then bounced around and hit his arm that was on the floor.
Yeah I like the English refs who just make it up as they go along![]()

Nightmare fuel.
1/10 performance. The one mark is for being picked.
Really?Assume you’ll be giving the rest of them a similar score.
He was poor today his first stinker of the season but there were plenty of others who were just as bad.
Really?
You don't see how your keeper being a total wally can affect a whole team's performance?
Without Onana's errors today we win the game 2-1.
If you're going to run through all of the players who gave away possession and blame them for something it's going to be a long day.Without Martinez getting done on 2 goals we win 2-1
If Bruno doesn’t play a stupid blind pass straight to a Forest player giving them the free run the second goal doesn’t happen.
Onana had a poor game but others have to be called out.

The major errors are all on Onana.
Well, I'm not the only one saying Onana is to blame for today's loss. It's on here, it's on other forums, it's being written in the media....I disagree
There was 1 error which he will have to accept but that attack starts with a stupid turnover of possession by Bruno. Doesn’t mean Onana should let it through him but that pass was shocking. Two massive mistakes in that goal.

I won't.He will get the headlines that comes with the territory of being a keeper but don’t let the others get away with that.
I won't.
I agree with you about some of the players. Martinez, Hojlund and Rashford.
Mainoo was very average today as well.
I think we actually missed Cas.
Yeah, when Cas has played recently he's been very good even supplying some great attacking moments. He's a massive miss on set-pieces indeed.Just seems to be a desire to all pile in on the keeper because he’s made a mistake that will happen a couple of times a season.
Yep I’m struggling to find to many positives. I’d say De Ligt, Yoro, Ugarte, Bruno and Amad maybe get a 6/10 the rest are all getting below a 5.
Depends which version of Cas you get but we do miss him on set pieces in both boxes

Hard to rate anyone over a five I agree. Bruno 6, Amad 7. The rest aren't worth rating.
I can understand why you'd say that.I think we have to get him out the door asap though so no real point wasting time with him under the new manager. Work on the players you expect to be here next season.
I can understand why you'd say that.
I say use what resources you have. Cas is our most dominant player in the air and our team is crying out for some of that as proven in the last two games.
Happen a couple of times a season to all keepers or a couple of times a season to our keeper?Just seems to be a desire to all pile in on the keeper because he’s made a mistake that will happen a couple of times a season.
Happen a couple of times a season to all keepers or a couple of times a season to our keeper?
Last nights mistake wasn't one that happens a couple of times a season. It was an absolute shocker.
Yes.All keepers make mistakes.
