Skillful player thath's for sure, don't know about his goalscoring prowess. Should have been bought a few years back
 
He is a really good player with loads of experience and captain of the national team ( He captained the team in their last match against England), of course he would enhance our offensive side of play through the middle, plus he scored some important goals in the run in last season with Real Madrid.

Another interesting story Ive just read Yaya Toure for £18 million what do you think?

Rather keep faith in gibb and fletch, don't need toure.
Go for attack minded player. Go for van der vaart
 
Toure is a world class player with Essien like presence in midfield we would be impenetrable, thats all Im saying.
 
fletch is just about world class now, if hargy comes back we are def. all set defensively
 
Van der Vaart isn't worth £20m anymore. Would be a good signing if he was cheaper.

That was a long time ago, he said that before the £80million transfer of Cristiano Ronaldo!
 
People at madrid won't have forgotten fergie's comments.. His comments could add an extra couple of million.
