not really seen Di Maria to form a real opinion either way. Think I've seen Valencia perhaps twice this season

No and at £38m, it's a non starter. I don't even think the money's there to spend £38m on one player.

It's all about the money now. There is no way any player should choose another English side over us if we match them in price. When we lost Duff to Chelsea it was because they offered a lot more than us. He would never have gone there if we'd matched their bid.

Read somewhere that the price would be 38m euro. Has to be media bullshit. Can't understand why we should pay this much for a unproven young player..do we actually need Di Maria? Rather see Milner and Silva at OT for 10m extra..

This doesn't bother me at all. Save the money...if we have any that is.

You can put this rumor to bed, in case you haven't seen the news yet, today Di Maria has joined Real Madrid as expected.
