Scholes 89% accuracy in 1613 passes made!! that too we must take into consideration the brilliant 50 yard passes he does with such ease!!

on the lighter side, Scholesy made 78 attempted tacles last season adn was incredibly succesful 73% of the time, lol, thought it'd be more like 10%!
Its almost as good Evra's and better Than Vida :O

Scholesy's tackling is actually not as bad as people think, it's just the tackles that aren't succesful are really badly timed and end up in him getting yellow cards.

Remember when we were 3-0 at Anfield back in 1988, Fergie brought big Norman Whiteside on, he crunched McMahon straight away and we ended up 3-3, Strachan getting the equaliser infront of the kop.

We could do with an enforcer like that now!

i agree, we do need an enforcer and Fletcher isn't exactly the best tackler around or the person to get physical in a game, same goes with Carrick, Anderson and Gibson. Hargreaves was our only option.

Interesting that Ole considers Corry to turn out to be similar to Makelele

If you've seen Corry play for NI, it's not a bad comparison, did really well against Italy when NI put a weakened team out against them.

If he isn't going to be loaned out then its going to be interesting if Fergie see's him ready for a few First team games.

Limited to League Cup I think and we'll se how he does from there. Heard whispers of him going to West Ham the other day... ain't heard anything since. Can't see it happening either, West Ham are buying a lot of players.
