A really good finish but it was the first touch that set it up. Not gonna lie, not sure if Lukaku could have had that deft touch to set himself up. Rashford really is in some fine form right now and although he still misses some big chances he looks much more confident in front of goal.

Wonderful first time pass from Pogba also.

The 3 touches involved in the goal are all world class. Made it look simple.

True but Lukaku probably wouldn't miss that header a few minutes earlier.

Best thing yesterday was he didn't let that miss cause his head to drop did what all top strikers do and moved on and waited for the next chance to come.

The way he's playing right now he's as good as anyone if he can maintain this sort of level we have some player on our hands and it's going to be impossible for Lukaku to force his way back in to the team.

Premier League: Manchester United 3-2 Southampton - 2nd March 2019

He had a bit of a stinker.

Premier League: Arsenal 2-0 Manchester United - 10th March 2019

Frustrating performance.

Totally off the mark today, passes and shots not usual quality

Yeah he was very poor, he had so many chances on the break to release the ball early which would have given us a great chance to score. He does look tired and even his late header has the looks of a tired effort. Think he needs a little break.

He hasn't been the same since playing 80 odd minutes injured against Liverpool

With Martial and Lingard back, I think we must rest him this weekend and hopefully Southgate will manage his workload too. Has needed a rest for a while, his work rate since Ole came in has he been immense but hasn't been able to do that as much since that injury and the rest of his game is suffering too.

FA Cup: Wolverhampton Wanderers 2-1 Manchester United - 16th March 2019

His decision making is very frustrating. It's by far the weakest aspect of his game.

Withdrawn from the England squad with the ankle injury he suffered against Liverpool.

Probably the best thing all round, he really hasn’t been the same since that Liverpool game and now we know he’s been playing through the pain. It has been obvious he’s been playing within himself in the last few games so he needs this rest to get that ankle right.

Premier League: Manchester United 2-1 Watford - 30th March 2019

His best performance since the knock he sustained against Liverpool. Hopefully the rest during the International break has set him up for remainder of the season.

Another poor performance today.

He seems to strut around thinking he’s already made it when he clearly hasn’t. Also he is very selfish and takes so many long shots and very rarely troubles keepers. There have been suggestions he’s carrying a niggle but he has been awful of late. No where near good enough to lead the line for us yet. We need an upgrade on Lukaku and Rashford for sure.

Absolutely. I have never been totally sold on Marcus. He has good potential but as you say nowhere near ready to lead the line. His finishing is erratic and his decision making average. I have said in the past if Marcus and lukaku both played every minute lukaku would have more goals by the end of the season. We need an upgrade on both which will mean getting rid of lukaku and Marcus becoming a squad player, or starting off the left.
