with the bugs at OT atm... it is a bit tricky to try and predict a team...

About Nani and other's being available or not,I don't take anything SAF says in the lead up to a big game seriously

lol, true, could be just games he's playing with City to catch them unawares maybe?
i hope so at least.

I'm hoping the Scousers can be depended on to give Chelsea a challenge today, rather than roll over like they at the end of last season!!

cant see you boys even leaving with a point weds.. 3-0 city all over it..enjoy

come on you dont think he will put out the same team that played in poland surely

please enlighten me about the changes that are possible to the lineup that are going to let Citeh beat us 3-0??

Going to be a tough game.
Considering Chelsea have Fulham at the bridge, you would expect them to win that. United can not afford to slip up, don't want to fall 5 points behind again.

Win is the only option!

that's huge blow to us!! i think we might see Park and Giggsy on the wings, but all depends on the no. of fit players we have who can play

I really want to play 4-5-1 in this one. But if Berbatov is not fit, I cant see Hernandez playing well by himself so hoping Berba makes it

All we need to do is unleash Park Ji-Messi on them

Wouldn't say Chelsea are certs to beat Fulham. Derby game, Fulham are the draw specialists this year, more draws than us I think, and Chelsea's squad is pretty thin at the moment. Obviously we have to win regardless because we're playing Shitty. But the Chelsea game isn't as straightforward.

I really hope Nani can get fit for this one, if he's not I can't see us winning tbh. Given Chelsea's result yesterday I'd happily take a draw on Wednesday night - not got a good feeling for this game

obertan...park and berbaflop.....bring it on boys...bring it on

hopefully, if all fit, the team will be something like:

VDS
Rafael
Ferdinand
Vidic
Evra

Nani
Scholes
Fletcher
Park

Hernandez
Berbatov

but i have a feeling fergie might go with 5 in midfield and play carrick, leaving hernandez on the bench

4-5-1 for me, VDS, Rafael, Rio, Vida, Evra, Giggs, Carrick, Scholes, Fletch, Park, Berbatov... and bring Hernandez on when their defence tires... if we need to.

Team obviously depending on fitness and illnesses.

is nani definitely out of this or is there a chance he might make it?

him running at their left back whoever it might be is sure to bring us some chances

right boys, i ve already given you the score, but just in case any of you missed it 3-0 blues...city have no worries and are up for this one, our one problem will of course be,chris foy, the referee, god only knows how many dodgy decisions he s going to give you, still i cant see that stopping us, you see all them stories that you read every day in the papers has really brought our changing room together, please please let him play gary neville it could even go to 4 or 5 if he does...oh man city the only football team to come from manchester...try and enjoy the rest of the week after your mauling boys

Mate,I highly doubt my favourite player Gary Neville will play. But even if he does don't under-estimate him.Last season he ripped Bellamy apart and can easily do that to Milner.Your scorelines are just play station scores.talk some sense ;)`

Nani also a doubt, I think everyone is a doubt to be honest. Either got injuries or illness.

Giggs has never missed a Manchester Derby.Since his United debut,he has played in 33 consecutive derbies. The closest he come to missing one was in 2008-09 season when he played the last 5 mins of the game.

wow some of you need to take a chill pill,if you think that i ve been abusive, you should get out more...anyway poor old whiskey nose STILL going on about a stupid poster, wonder why he wont let it drop after all you ve had a banner at your ground counting down the years..oh the irony...tick tock... (those from outside manchester may not have a clue what i m talking about)

As if the poster wasn't shown all around the world when you lot spent over 300m and still won nothing? "Welcome to Manchester" - Giggle ;-)

wow, amazed you can spell manchester.... i m still standing by 3-0 city win, i ve even had a few quid at the bookies... the whole club is up for this one and as city season ticket holder i can tell you thats its not been like that since the early seventies....

Feet up now watching SSN who are building the game up now to the point where I'm starting to swear at the telly must be the nerves kicking in lol.

Dammit i didnt know mutv was showing that game again i would have recorded it

The atmosphere is already building in the centre of Manchester and the police are out in force outside all the pubs
