Some excellent runs from the halfway line, well taken goal, could have had another. Need him to really step up this season as one of the more experienced players in our attack. Figures OK for his first season but really need more this season, need his goals and assists combined tally to be more up around 25 rather than 15 and need more in the league.

Glimpses of him last season showed what a special player he can be. But your right his got to do that more consistently. Especially now we are in the CL again against better opponents.

His 2nd season with clubs have always been better than the first hopefully he kicks on with us this season

Premier League: Manchester United 4-0 West Ham United - 13th August 2017

2 assists today. Great game.

Just one assist in 24 league appearances last season, already surpassed it which is great. Desperately need him to be much better than last season, the numbers he posted in his final season with Dortmund are needed this season, he's capable, you can see his quality but it wasn't so forthcoming last season, started well this season but need it to continue.

Premier League: Swansea City 0-4 Manchester United - 19th August 2017

Another two assists.

Him and Pogba seem to have a better understanding this year. He's taken his preseason form numbers wise in to the league season. 4 assist in 2 games if he can finish the season with 15+ assist that would be fantastic. Think we're going to see a big year from him now. He knows he's in the starting 11 and he isn't under that same pressure every week to perform or he's out.

The Mhki/Pogba assist goal was delightful on Saturday.

Clearly there's the fact that he's had a season under his belt now but he's now playing centrally which looks to be a much better position for him, even last season in the Europa League I think he showed more glimpses of his ability there than out wide but he didn't get the games there in the league really and when he did Ibra coming deep lessened the space he had. Having Lukaku upfront has created a lot more space for the likes of Pogba and Mkhi but also provided them with better passing options.

Premier League: Stoke City 2-2 Manchester United - 9th September 2017

Another assist to his tally.

Champions League: Manchester United 3-0 FC Basel - 12th September 2017

Frustrating performance.

Agree moments of brilliance but others where he didn't get his head up and drove into areas full of defenders rather than releasing the ball or going into the space.

Where's the man that's clinical in front of goal we heard about when signing him hiding. He should be on 6/7 this season if just putting away the simple chances.

Hatrick left on that pitch tonight from him.

That said still instrumental in pushing us forward tonight.

Premier League: Manchester United 4-0 Everton - 17th September 2017

Flattering to deceive again so far that in that first half

His goal killed what was a difficult game.

How did we get away with a 4-0 victory?

Quite a poor overall performance but provided a killer moment when we needed it.

Yeah decision making was quite poor today when in some very good positions but was there to provide that killer goal. Quiet game but he's been superb with his assists so far this season.

I'm beginning to think that Miki might not be the player we want him, or expected him to be.

He's starting to frustrate me with his blind running into 2 or 3 defenders, bad decision making, taking too long to pass etc etc.

He's obviously a very talented guy, now 28, and at what we would probably call his peak years but there is just something not quite clicking with him. He seems to get knocked off the ball very easily too.

Maybe he was more suited to the German league.

He's got a goal and 5 assist in 5 games. I'd say he's suited well enough to the league. He's an excellent player and will be crucial to any silverware this season

A bit like United beating teams 4-0, it's flattering. A lot.

He is a frustrating player but he's constantly trying to create which is what we need in the attacking 1/3 he's not playing that well but he's putting up numbers in terms of goals, assists and chances created I'd argue that is exactly what Utd need from our attacking players.

He comes alive when there is space but he struggles when the game is congested and teams are just camped in.

Always felt with him if he was just a little bit quicker he'd be a world class footballer similar to Hazard at his best but he's just that little bit slower which means when he beats his man he doesn't always get away from him.

Mkhitaryan did too. But I think that was in regards being in Moscow. Go in get dry get warm come out. Hopefully. He did wince after being knocked down just over the halfway when we got the freekick that Blind knocked all the way back to Lingard.
