So saturday tea time is the season defining game for us really if Utd can get to a cup final win or lose on the day with a top 4 finish I'd say that's been a good but not great season for year 2 of Mourinho.

So it's off to London for a game at a neutral venue ha bloody ha!

Spurs go into the game off the back of a defeat at home to City and a draw away at Brighton but they will be confident as their recent home/neutral venue record to Utd is very good and the game a few months ago could've been embarrasing for Utd had Spurs been more clinical.

For Utd everyone appears to be fit and available apart from Romero who had played the cup games so far so you would expect it will be the team that started against City in the derby.

DDG

Valencia Bailly Smalling Young

Herrera Matic Pogba

Lingard Lukaku Sanchez

I wonder if Mourinho will deploy Herrera in a man marking role vs Eriksen which he has done in the past as Eriksen is the creative hub of that team and Pogba and Matic will have to do much better against Dembele this time around it was to easy for him to run through midfield last time.

At the back Smalling & Bailly will need to deal with the physical presence of Kane who bullied Jones from the first minute of our last meeting.

Will be interesting to see if Spurs go back to the 3-4-3 against us with Alderwiereld or stick with the 4-2-3-1 they've played most of the season. If they play the back 4 our best chance is getting in behind Sanches with long balls down the side of him Spurs play a very high offside trap so if we can time the pass and the run right you can get in behind them quite easily but their defence is very quick.

We will probably bunker in and play off the back foot in Mourinho style the important this is when we get the chance to break we do it quickly Spurs are great at fouling to stop counter attacks you need to break through that and then go in behind them quickly not just pump it to Lukaku.

Team: De Gea, Valencia, Smalling, Jones, Young, Matic, Herrera, Pogba, Sanchez, Lukaku, Lingard.

Ffs Sanchez again!!

I'm gonna try and get thru this game without ranting so much lol

It’s our biggest game of the season. If we don’t play Sanchez there’d have been no point in signing him we’ve signed him for games like this.

Not in the form he's in tho. Not that Rash or Martial were that much better the other day

And we've got the Chuckle brothers at the back!!

How the hell has Jones left Kane with so much space their! Wake the f up!

Nearly a second. Lingard needs to watch Sanchez on how to score from a header.
