He's now 5 goals shy of equalling Raul's record.

His two other goals from yesterday.

Just another two to his tally then!

What a player, what a legend and what a machine! I know his influence on games is starting to dwindle. I know he's scoring lots against "inferior" opposition and then not against the top teams. But his goals to games ratios is ridiculous.

He's now more of a striker and I'd love him back at the club. Big, strong, fast, scores all sorts of goals and has that drive and commitment that we need.

It's not a bad record is it!!! ;):);)

For a guy who's hit 30 and apparently on the way down!

Tonight's hat-trick was his 35th for Real Madrid and the 39th of his career.

Another hat trick today. In fact 4 goals. His 36th for Real, one ahead of Messi.

The guys a freak of nature!

Don't care what people say about him now declining I'd still have him at United.

The way he's adapted his game over the years and is now a true striker is incredible. And it's the reason I think he'll go on for many years at the top.

People say he doesn't influence the big games enough anymore. Maybe that's true but he wins a lot of games on his own. And as a striker if you create the chances for him he'll score them. That goes for the big games too. People still expect him to run at people, get around the field and do all the things he did in his prime. But he's not that kind of player now.
