There is a guy whose team definitely have an identity. Should we be considering him if ole goes?

Looks like it’ll only be a matter of time until he gets a bigger job. But the same question marks over Ole would come on top of him and 5 bad games and people would want him out.

Similar to Eddie Howe in that he deserves a step up.

My view is no not yet I think he needs to step up to a club like Leicester and demonstrate it with a bigger budget and more expectation before going to a job like Utd.

A very impressive man though his record through the divisions is incredible and he transformed my local team Northampton from bottom of league 2 to title winners and top scorers very quickly and he’s totally turned Sheffield Utd around. They’re his boyhood team so it would take a lot to get him away but say one of the top 6 jobs comes up in the summer and Rodgers gets it then I think Leicester will be all in for him.

His teams are great they work incredibly hard but in a system that is very hard to play against and when they get the ball they move it quickly with skill.
