5 Man United, £931
Whoa!! almost twice what United's cost?!!
They need the money to pay for the stadium.
We complain way too much over ticket prices to be honest.
Wow! Here in Brazil nobody would go to stadiums, considering these prices. But of course, the Brazilian economy is much lower than British economy.
And as Jason said, they have to pay the debt of the Emirates Stadium. I'm surprised to not see the Glazers using this tactic to try to pay the debts.
No one's buying the tickets now, no one would pay those prices, they'd be worse off. The best thing the Glazers could do is to lower the prices slightly just so they can say it's been lowered. We've also got the biggest stadium so they're probably getting more money than say Chelsea are. Arsenal must be reeling the money in at the gates though, 60,000 seats at that price is astonishing. I'd expect the Emirates prices to go down once they've paid the loan for the stadium back.
