He's not really a CM, more of an AM, he can play on the wing too.

Would love to see Eriksen arrive at United if the asking price wasn't too outrageous. He really is a hot prospect and one perhaps for the future rather than an immediate impact. Hopefully Ferguson will play his old trick of buying players after they cause United problems after our Europa League tie.

René Meulensteen said in an interview with a norwegian (I think) newspaper that they are looking at him, but like we are with every other player, but it doesn't mean that we are going to put a bid in. I took that as he is high on the list and that we aren't going to do anything until we play our match against ajax and see how he plays and if he will make a difference to our squad.

What did we think of him tonight ? Personally feel he has a lot more to show than tonight's showing. Excellent player for his age but he found it hard tonight in my opinion. He should thrive on playing at O.T next week.

I'd go along with that. What transfer fee is likely to demand? Who is the better prospect out of Eriksen, Gotze and Gaitan?

Ajax aren't really known for demanding large fee's for their players like some Portuguese clubs so I wouldn't expect it to be too much more than £20million. I think he'd be the cheapest of the 3 you mentioned.

I would say Gotze is comfortably the best prospect, I think he could be amongst the top few players in the world in 1 or 2 years time and he's still only 19. Gaitan is the oldest (23 or 24?) and probably the more complete player but I think Eriksen has more ability.
