Paul Mcguinness' U18s face Liverpool, at Carrington, in a Friday lunch time kick off (1.30pm). Liverpool were 2-1 victors when the two teams met in October, with their goals coming from Adam Morgan and Matty Regan. Since then United have won three consecutive matches while tomorrow’s visitors have won two, drawn one and lost one.

It'll be interesting to see how our lot do tomorrow, it'll be a good indicator of how they've come on since. Personally think Van Velzen has started playing very well, seems to have added more to his game now. McCullogh has been bossing it at the back, Blackett's looking very good. Charni, I thought looked very good last weekend, looking forward to seeing him again. Hope Tom Lawrence is back tomorrow. The older players are doing very well and helping the youngsters along, they're all improving very well.
Only caught the last 15 minutes of the first half but it seems Liverpool are on top - their number 10 seems to be causing problems, think it was him that forced a fine save from Jacob. Another half chance for him there..
