Wimbledon 2011

I am looking forward to the start of Wimbledon on Monday. Unfortunatley, the weather does not look good but at least the centre court has a roof now.

I am going on Monday can't wait.

Will anybody be watching now that there is not much football on?

Always watch Wimbledon. Mahut and Isner getting drawn together has got to be a fix.

I'll be working weekdays- but i'll make it home at 5:40 pm to watch it during the week. Will watch the weekend action no problem.

I'll have an interest all right.

I walked past Wimbledon to get the atmosphere before the tournament started. I heard Victoria Azarenka before I could see her through the bushes. Watch her match tomorrow and you will get what I mean. I also saw Federer leaving with his team.

Did you hear Geoff that an Irish man has qualified for the men's main draw? The first time apparently since 1980!

Yeah, she's loud. Sharapova's still louder though apparently. Isn't there a Portuguese 16 year older that is louder too? She got booed off court or something...

Yeah the portugese girl is louder. She went to the same tennis school as sharapova so shes had a good teacher

I'll be supporting Murray but i'd like to see Djokovic or Roddick win if Murray can't do it, someone different and I like those 2 players. Always support Murray though.

Hopefully someone new can win the Women's too. Fed up with the Williams sisters.

Laura Robson through to meet Sharapova

Yeah Watson looked good, elbow injury cost her really but she showed guts and determination to continue. She got interviewed afterwards and said she was a United fan after the interviewer told her Rio was tweeting about her. I'm a fan of hers now.

Robson looked good too but she ain't got much hope vs Sharapova who is now starting to play like she used to.

British Women's tennis is getting stronger.

Disappointed Roddick is out, not only do I like him as a player but i'm gonna miss seeing Brooklyn Decker in the crowd. Gorgeous.

Watching Azarenka-Hantuchova now, Azarenka sounds like a dog howling.

Did robson play well or was sharapova slow coming out of the blocks?

A bit of both I think. Robson did play really well but Sharapova was double faulting a lot in the first set. Serve didn't really get going in the whole match, shoulder still affecting her I think. Robson was very good but I think there's more to come from Sharapova.
