Interesting that he turned down staying in North West.
Interesting that he turned down staying in North West.
Turning down Bolton and moving down south could mean Morrison wants to start afresh.
Looks like it's soon to be a done deal. Some times players no matter how talented are not worth the extra baggage that comes with them.
Shame that it's come to this, who would of thought we'd be where we are now after watching his FA youth cup performances last season. I'll be disappointed if there's no buy back clause but I think he's burnt his bridges.
It's about time there are regulations brought in to govern how much agents can work with young players (apparently Morrison's agent wants the best part of £1million off West Ham). Whilst Morrison is an exceptional case as it doesn't seem he's wanted anymore it seems that agents are using Pogba (and Fryers if you believe the rumours) along with other young players as cash cows and not considering what's best for the player. Pretty sure Fergie promotes using the PFA for contract negotiations, think Neville and Scholes used them.
Tunnicliffe: Sad to see one of my closest mates leaving if the deal gets finalised. Can't quite believe it yet. What a player he will be.
Cofie: just heard about Morrison. Such a shame to lose a player with his talent but wishing him all the very best. Top boy.
Well I really can't believe it has come to this. Best prospect at the club by a country mile gone just like that. Still trying to get my around it.
He obviously has become uncontrollable and has left Fergie with little or no choice though so in that regard I'm angry at him for allowing this to happen more so than the club.
Whatever has been said about his attitude etc though, he was probably my favourite player to watch at the club, first teamers included. We've never produced a player like him before and I'd very much doubt if we'll produce one again - as in a manchester born lad with that much talent and such an enigmatic character. In that sense I'm pissed off about everything but I'm sure Fergie and the United coaches who have put that much effort into him are far more annoyed.
In a way I hope he fulfills even some of his massive potential becasue as I say I love watching him. I wish him luck I suppose but bloody hope we aren't left regretting this.
Fergie on Morrison: He is better out of Manchester & it was an easy decision to let him go. Sam will look after him in London.
United have agreed a first option buy back on Morrison. So says Daily Mail reporter Sami Mokbel.
Hope it's true, I've heard conflicting reports but he's so talented I think it would be stupid to not put one in.
Good luck to him I say. Time for us to move on.
RT @RavelMorrison49: thanks for everyone who's supported me threw the years while I have been @ manchester united I have a great time I just needed to play & also appreciate the people who have wished me luck with the move to west ham just need to get my head down and play now and show everyone What I can do x
Seems like he was left on the list of under-21 players submitted with the clubs squad list to the Premier League.

We have a first option buy-back clause in place for Morrison according to Andy Gray. Wouldn't make any sense if we didn't.
I've heard conflicting reports. Some journo's say we definitely don't some say we definitely do. Would be disappointed if we didn't, still have big hopes for him.
Yeah same. We have nothing to lose from having an option in place though so I wouldn't understand why we wouldn't.
